When even the "easy" and "beginner" workouts cause your pain and/or illness to flare, setting you back in your healing journey. That's the problem I created Move, Play, Heal to help solve. I work with you to find movements that feel good in your body right now, wherever you're at, helping you to reap the benefits of moving more even if you can't get out of bed. I also utilize meditative and breathing practices to help you cultivate more peacefulness and ease in your mind and body.
